FiCapinatro

Privacy Policy

Effective October 21, 2026

This policy explains how the FiCapinatro app for iPhone ("the app") handles information. In short: the app doesn't collect personal data, and what you enter stays on your device.

Information you enter

The purchases you record (ticker, shares, price and date), your practice portfolio activity, the listings you watch, your learning progress, your monthly income goal and your tax setting are saved only in the app's storage on your iPhone. They aren't sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app, or using Settings → Delete All Holdings & Watching, removes them.

Market data requests

To show prices, payout history and search results, the app requests public market data over the internet. These requests contain the ticker symbols or search text needed for the result, plus the technical information any internet request carries, such as your IP address. They don't include your share counts, purchase prices or any account details. The data provider handles these requests under its own policies.

Downloaded market data is cached on your device for a few hours so screens load quickly. You can clear it in Settings.

What we don't do

Web pages and email

Help, Privacy and Terms pages open in an in-app browser view and are served like ordinary web pages. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.

Children

The app isn't directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
